Arrived during a major powercut and welcomed by owner who was very friendly. The rooms were clean and cosy. White cotton sheets and plenty
of white fluffy towels. Yes, it is somewhat dated but still acceptable.
Breakfast was very nice. We were given a wide choice, nothing was too much
trouble. The pub area is again dated but the friendliness of the staff and
its location outweighs this.
We were staying here for a family members wedding. The Potters Arms was
the chosen place for the Wedding Breakfast. The food was very tasty, hot,
and very well presented, the only downside was the quantity!
Yes, give this a try, I am sure you will like it.
