The Prezzo chain did Buckingham a great favour when it took the dreadful Tudor Rock pub and converted it into one of their restaurants. Several years on the recent refurb has made no huge difference to the surroundings, which were in any case modern and of high quality. The new menu for 2014 freshens things up a little - it's a compliment to them that we go that often that we had explored the old menu thoroughly. Italian food needs to be fresh and colourful and Prezzo always provides that. One of the best items on the menu is the house red, a Sangoviese, which is just the right balance of acidity and fruit and complements the food perfectly. We will return, often.
