The environment is superb. It really makes you feel that you are in another century.
The fact that you have your drink in the lobby, while your table is getting ready and you order
your meal while having your drink makes you feel important.
The food is very good and the new chef has really improved the quality of the menu.
The sommelier is very good at his job and has interesting and not very expensive propositions.
Service is excellent.
And the lunch menus proposed are of a a real bargain for such a place!!!!
