Brill experience, parking space, nice friendly staff. Some of the newer staff need a bit of encouragement I think to put a little extra effort into the service, like keeping an eye on us customers if we need to get something extra, as to avoid us having to get up and walk to the till each time.
There is a very friendly confident polite staff member who is a vegetarian herself. She is well tuned into the customers needs and is very good with recommending foods and any special adjustments required to the order etc.
People make a business and that girl certainly keeps this business going :)
Like the menu, would be nice to see chips on the menu as that makes a real American style diner. Good to see the arrogant 'This is not a drop off point' signs now removed, and some more friendly welcoming signs at the entrance.
Other than that, the door where you walk in from the front is a bit tatty and does not close very well. The toiler area is ok, but could do with a proper spruce up in my opinion.
Recommended place and hope the owner can take all the feedback as good constructive advice to make it even better :)
