We stayed for a night and booked dinner in the restaurant. We had the 5-course taster menu which was great. The food was fantastic and whilst portions were not huge, they didn't need to be - it was nice to finish the meal without feeling uncomfortable.
I had some pan-fried sea bass with some citrus gels (not 100% sure what they were) but how can something so simple taste so amazing?! The lamb main course was something else... and the pink champagne iced lolly also stands out!
