Just spent a perfect weekend at Crewe Hall. Felt like I got free entrance to a stately home,as the place is steeped in history and absolutely stunning.
Our room was extremely comfortable, not to hot which makes a pleasant change, lovely bathroom, excellent food and service, plus very at tentative staff.

Arrived back from an excellent spa break package, including lunch, 2 mini treatments, evening meal and pink fizz in the room. Amazing value for money, stunningly beautiful, breathtaking hotel.

I would like to highly commend Muka the waiter in the brassiere, he was knowledgable, professional and gave us some suggestions with the menu. A lovely smile and an asset to the dining Manager.

I will be coming back again with my friends, we even mentioned quarterly.

Stayed at Crewe Hall for a conference. Very impressive buildings, old and new. The hall of pillars and chapel near reception making an impact on arrival. I was in a bedroom in the modern block and this was spacious, light and well equipped. Ironing board and free wifi always appreciated. The other high points were the quality of food and the service. For such a busy, mass catering, establishment the food was creative and delicious. I found the Brasserie restaurant stylish, if a bit 70s retro. Service consistently friendly, accommodating and efficient. Didn't try the leisure facilities but a brief glimpse suggested they were well maintained. Only negative perhaps is the slightly remote feel and low character of the surrounding grounds. Overall I enjoyed the stay, thought the value was good and would contemplate a weekend there with the family.

We stayed over the Easter weekend for a pink fizz spa break to celebrate my birthday and had a wonderful time. We upgraded our room to a junior suite which was beautiful with a 4 poster bed. The package included lunch, dinner and an hour of treatments and then breakfast. The treatments were fantastic but not very relaxing due to the constant banging of the doors in the spa. All our meals were great and the service was fantastic. Well worth the money and cannot wait to do it all again.

Room Tip: upgrade to a suite, well worth the money

You will probaly see from my last review that I wasn't that impressed last time we came here but I have changed my opinion due to my recent visit.

The room we were in was lovely all the staff we came across we very friendly. I'm not sure if theres been a change in management or not but well done great improvement I will start to visit regularly again.

I might even renew my vows here.

One night stay in the tower room 3301.. The suite is very spacious and you have the tower with its winding staircase to the top..the views were a let down but hey! In its day there probably wasn't anything around that area.. Sad to see below next door to the hall a industrial estate with machinery noise constant in the background that we could hear inside the room. All is very old and it really does need some TLC and we noticed that under the radiators it wasn't very clean. Another point is that you don't get any slippers like in most suite rooms and the thought of the old carpet and who had been previously been walking on it in bare feet kinda stuck in your mind. Sadly disappointed having spent alot of money for the room. Next was the spa facilities....small pool, busy and not impressed at all. The brasserie is attached to the hall and the food was just average..bare in mind you are allowed an allowance pending what your room rate was..if you go over that rate you will end up paying extra..on checking in they also take £50 off your card so they can charge you if you spend extra in the hotel..but you have to wait for it to go back into your ban account..cheeky!.. There isn't a lot to do around the hotel..just a quick walk around the perimeter of the building..there is pond but that needs some work on it also.. The website needs up dating, we booked our room with dinner bed and breakfast, when this printed out it does not tell you you are on a set tariff when you have your dinner. We ordered from the evening dinner menu to later find out on our bill we had gone over that tariff....confusing? Yes especially when you booked an evening meal. We were felt quite cheated by this and I don't think we would return to this hotel. Shame really as just down the road is The Rookery Spa Hotel nr Nantwhich ...It out classes this hotel outright.
