Stayed here for three nights this week with a toddler and a baby. Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in, superbly maintained. Staff were so accommodating and the room was made up perfectly for us. The pool was just perfect for us and the ducks on the surrounding water bodies were great entertainment for the kids! My only complaint was it was hard to get service in the bar area day/night.

I booked 3 rooms for family for the occasion of my son’s wedding yesterday.
All rooms were spotless and of a very high quality.
The beds were the comfiest I’ve ever slept on and we didn’t hear any noise from the celebrations below.
The breakfast the next morning was of a high standard and service was quick and friendly.
A thoroughly enjoyable stay and would recommend hotel to anyone.

We are staying here for two days which has cost us nearly £200 it’s generic place with not very exciting breakfast, we are vegetarian and had to ask if there was any option other than meat. The bar is really expensive £5.80 for a pint of peroni, the bar was quite but was a right mess like there wasn’t enough staff to sort the place. Last night in our room it was so hot because of a faulty air unit we had no covers on and all windows open and tonight it’s freezing with heating up full, best they can do is turn it off. I don’t mind most things but if you are going to charge a £100 a night then it should be better than average and this is pretty average.

Some members of staff were friendly and helpful.... some were just waiting for end of shift. Don't stay if you're vegetarian..... breakfast high in quantity but not quality. Good to have a gym etc but it's best use for us was to create some body heat as our room was freezing...... the night shift guy said he'd let maintenance know in the morning. I'd get your tent put up on roundabout if I were you.

Stayed overnight before a trip to Chester Zoo. Hotel is to the usual Holiday Inn standard and as such was perfect for our needs. Pool was perfect size for a quick splash around with the kids and we dined at the restaurant at night which all four of us enjoyed. Room was a good size with a double and sofa bed for the four of us overlooking the canal museum which was great. Staff really friendly and the hotel is situated close enough to all attractions in the area. It’s a couple of minutes drive away from Cheshire Oaks if you fancied a shop or something different to eat. We were 15 mins from the Zoo which was perfect the next morning after a lovely Breakfast.
