This was our third visit with Andersen Narrowboats. We like the family run business with a personal, friendly service. We took out the Bergen Fjord for the second time. It's a slightly older boat but it has all mod cons and is superbly maintained. It is a 4/6 berth boat and last year we crewed with 5, this year with 4. I booked early and secured a good offer. We also like that everything is included; no extras for fuel (Black Prince, take note!). Last year we did the Four Counties ring, this year we went to Llangollen. The scenery is beautiful and largely away from roads (peace!). The famous aqueduct is breathtaking and worth the journey on its own. Pictures do not do the experience justice! We visited lots of good pubs but in Middlewich itself the White Bear is highly recommended. Good food, service and price.

We are just back from a week on Fjord Viscount. She is a lovely narrow boat- the best condition hire boat I have been on. Andersen Boats are a pleasure to talk to and seem to take lots of care to present their boats in lovely condition, We found them very friendly, efficient and professional, and all done with a straight forward and friendly manner.

We went to Llangollen and back in a week and it is a fabulous journey.

Just back from a weeks fantastic holiday aboard Fjord Emperor. I Can't recommend this company highly enough; you won't find a better kept fleet on the water, they are immaculate. We had many people comment on how good the boat looked, which is a credit to the Andersen family who not only look after their boats but also go to great effort to make sure you have an enjoyable holiday.
