2 hours in maze? You have got to be joking.... however that is exactly how long we spent trying to find the clues and running around with goofy grins on our faces. Absolutely brilliant fun and harder than you think. Tips: Take lots of water on a hot day and a mobile phone in case you need rescuing (they give you a rescue number). There are some stinging nettles so careful with little one's in open sandals. It is literally is in a field (of maize duh) so the loos are of the chemical sort. You can still pay by debit card and they even have a freezer stocked full of ice lollies in the portecabin that facilitates the reception. You can pay to go into the zoo (farm type animals - we did not go in) however it all takes much longer than you anticipate so allow plenty of time. Great day out.

A lot cheaper than other mazes, £16 for a family ticket represented good value for money. There are clues to find as go around the maze in additional to the ultimate goal of finding your way out. Friendly staff at the entrance and positioned on the bridge over the maze keep an eye on things and you are given a number to call if you become lost (if you bring a mobile). We visited Sunday 21 July when the ground was dry so not sure how much it has been affected by the recent rains but the maze was in very good condition. Good fun for all ages and good exercise to boot. Recommended.

Definitely worth a visit. Reasonably priced, friendly staff and a great activity area. Great day out for families but would really appeal to all ages. Wear sensible shoes to walk through the maze and take water into the maze with you. Can make it a day out as there is a zoo on site which is also really worth a visit.
