This is first class accommodation in a farmhouse that's been restored and brought up to date. The breakfasts are wonderful - they even had eggs Benedict on the menu with smoked salmon, superb granola and fresh fruit salad. The hosts are welcoming and friendly. I'd love to go back. They deserve to succeed.

Our hosts were helpful, informative and interesting. The farm location as peaceful as imagined and the view magnificent. Well renovated historic building, with all the modern conveniences expected in a small bed and breakfast. Great for coast to coast walkers.

Wonderful recently converted accommodation. Lovely breakfast( overnight granola fab) and hospitality. Short walk to the fox for dinner. Richard and Joan great hosts. Drying and washing facilities if needed.

Just finished the above walk.Whilst all the B&B's along the way were good in different ways this was the standout. It's location close by to the trail together with the welcome, comfort & breakfast where all first class.

Lovely welcome, stunning room and a great breakfast. What a find , a very interesting building renovated with such an eye for detail . The hosts were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A great stop on the coast to coast, only a very short walk to the pub for a evening meal with the rest of our bunch. Hard to believe that they have only been operating as a B&B since Christmas. A definite visit again. Thanks Joan and Richard - Michael/Sheffield
