This was our third stay with Pam and Geoff, and we fully agree with all the previous reviews.
It's an ideal place to stop for us as we travel back and forth from South Wales to Scotland, think luxury cruise, but on dry land.
All the luxury cruise touches are there for you to enjoy, as mentioned by other reviewers. This time we were able to enjoy breakfast outside, most enjoyable, and look forward to future visits

We stayed for one night in the garden suite, we could not fault it all, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean. Tea and cake when we arrived and a wonderful breakfast delivered to our room at a time of our choice.

The garden was lovely and we were able to walk around, nothing was too much trouble for Pam and Geoff, who were perfect hosts.

It was great to be spoiled.

This is the place to stay if you want relaxation and looking after.
A surprise for Dave's 65th birthday.
Pam & Geoff pull out all the stops to make your stay fantastic.
We arrived early. There was no problem we were welcomed with coffee, cakes and a glass of sherry.
After an afternoon out walking we were treated to a fantastic platter of meats and cheese with a bottle of wine.
Five star accommodation and service. Tasty breakfasts and beautiful, tranquil surroundings.
We would recommend anyone to stay, but be quick as they are booked up very quickly.
Our next visit is now being planned.
Dave & Anne

If you are looking for a really relaxing break with every kind of luxury you can imagine, this is the place to go. From chocolates on the pillow, home made cake every day, sherry on the table and beer in the fridge Pam & Geoff have given such thought and effort to make your stay extra special. It is anything but a B&B! The room is spacious and light with doors onto the patio and garden where we sat for breakfast most mornings. Breakfast is a feast in itself and set us up perfectly for the day ahead, the choice is vast and delicious. The hosts are extremely attentive but not intrusive and made every effort to ensure our stay was relaxing. It was my husband's 50th and I could not have booked anything better....no five star hotel could come close. We really hope to return next year.

I cant put into words the amazing time we had staying at the Garden Suite. The hospitality we received from Geoff and Pam was above and beyond. This is the best B&B that we have ever stayed in and combined with Geoff and Pam's knowledge of the area, made for a fantastic weekend in the Lake District! We are telling everyone we know about this little bit of paradise as all the reviews don't do it justice;you just have to go and experience it yourself!

Have just spent a two day short weekend break at The Garden Suite.
The 5 star luxury accommodation encompasses everything that is missing from other B&B's.
The spacious, well furnished room provides a comfy king size bed, sitting area with sofa and wall mounted TV and large bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Also includes a well stocked Butlers pantry and complementary bottle of wine.
The attentiveness of Pam and Geoff is exemplary, the moment we arrived being offered tea in the garden to the 'turn down' service in the evening including chocolate on the pillow.
The setting is a secluded hideaway that offers a relaxing appreciation of what the Lakes has to offer.
If you are seeking relaxed luxury and a base to explore South Lakes then this is the place.
A fantastic experience and superb hosts, ( including Pip the border collie)

There aren't enough superlatives to describe this fabulous B&B. The view to the fells beyond the garden that Pam and Geoff have lovingly created from scratch is jaw-droppingly beautiful.
The suite itself is immaculate: comfy king-size bed, a big, squishy sofa facing the 32" wall mounted LCD satelite TV, DVD/CD player, iPod dock and free wifi. There's a butler's pantry with fridge containing complimentary wine, beer, water and fresh milk to go with your tea & coffee making supplies as well as some nibbles. On arrival there were fresh flowers, fruit and a decanter of sherry to welcome us, swiftly followed by coffee and homemade cake served on our own terrace.
The bathroom is up a couple of steps and has a terrifc walk-in shower and a large bath with robes and slippers provided and Molton Brown toiletries.
You can choose to have breakfast in your suite or outside on your terrace - and what a breakfast! Beautifully presented in white china on a snowy-white tablecloth you can choose from cooked breakfasts, cereals and a wonderful fresh fruit platter.
Pam and Geoff are such a lovely couple - they've based the whole ethos of this B&B on having things as they themselves like to find them when selecting their own holiday accommodation. Their attention to detail is amazing - they even do a nightly 5-star hotel type 'Turn Down' service (curtains closed, chocs on the pillows etc.)! It's well located for touring the southern Lakes and is within a short drive of a good selection of dining options from the Swan Inn at Newby Bridge and the Mason's Arms at Cartmel Fells to the fine dining of L'Enclume and Rogan & Co. at Cartmel.
We had a fabulous stay and next time we're visiting the area we'll be returning. Can't recommend it too highly!

Room Tip: There's only one - it's fabulous!
