Please don't come in here if you fancy a vindaloo or a chicken tikka washed down with several pints of lager. There's a small menu of imaginative food, which is unlike indian food you will get elsewhere. If you are thinking of coming, I'd suggest you look at the menu so you know what its about. No alcohol sold, but you can pop to the Hawkshead brewery just a short walk away to get some quality beer to go with it.
Downsides - the only dish not really up to standard was the matter paneer, not nearly as tasty or interesting as the rest.
