Incredibly clean, great bath robes and bathrooms. Good food, most of which is grown on site. We even locked our keys in the car and both Dave and Caroline pitched in with tools and assistance until we'd sorted it out. Lovely people, lovely location and lovely accommodation.

We stayed at Beech House to attend the small holding course which Caroline & Dave offer - and could not have chosen better. The course was tailored to us - informal and relaxed but we learnt more in 2 days than we could have hoped for! The small holding and grounds are beautifully kept, as is the B&B. The house and bedrooms are immaculate and very comfortable. Blennerhasset is a lovely village with shops and amenities close by (would recommend Lakeside restaurant just 5mins away!)
We got more from the weekend than we ever expected, and cannot thank Caroline & Dave enough for the way they looked after us. We arrived as guests and left feeling like friends. Would recommend them to anyone interested in the small holding way of life, or just looking for a relaxing weekend (and a great breakfast!)
Thank you - we didn't want to leave! Emma & Tom x

Room Tip: Master Suite was beautiful with a lounge, huge ensuite and views over the grounds. Perfect!

Very welcoming hosts, great attention to detail for thier guests. Lovely garden with wild flower meadows, vigorous vegetables and well cared for animals. Great breakfast, especially good as they had made it gluten free for me, even had gluten free black pudding...a first for me.

Caroline was great, lovely room and most importantly nice bedding and decent pillows and mattress.

Breakfast was perfect, all in all one of the best B&B experience I've had. Will be using Beech House as my base for all future trips in the area - if there's space that is

Really enjoyed the two-night stay with my girlfriend. The master suite was grand with its own sitting area and a huge bathroom with spa bath. There was a hot tub that was an added bonus! The hosts were delightful and welcoming..the produce for the tasty breakfast was from the small-holding they have. The village was so tranquil and peaceful and is only a stones throw away from the northern lakes. Overall, a brilliant luxury b & b and I would'nt hesitate in going back!

Room Tip: Only three rooms but the Master suite is a must!
