Tracey was a wonderful host . We were a family with a 16month old and Tracey had a cot and highchair and many toys for her to enjoy! There is a park around the corner and the neighbourhood is quiet. We felt very welcome and settled in easily. We were welcomed with flowers, chocolate, and even milk to make a cuppa! The beds were comfy and much appreciated.
There is nothing negative to say, only good things.
We hope to return again !

We had a wonderful week stay here, Tracey has thought about everything and particularly people's comfort. The bungalow had everything and more! We are sad to leave! We have been to stay in many places where we haven't been keen or comfortable to go back to, but we all loved the bungalow and it's home from home feeling. Tracey has made a lovely holiday home with something a little more special than any others. We couldn't believe how much there is to do and see, we couldn't get it all done in a week, so it's a perfect excuse to come back!! Having nice homely self catering accommodation is often difficult to find, particularly as our son who has autism finds many places difficult to relax, he absolutely loves no 31 and that's quite a big deal! Highly recommend that this holiday bungalow is a perfect getaway for families touched by autism, it's relaxing, safe and has plenty to do or not to do, if desired! I can see it's a popular holiday accommodation but I would suggest that the National Autistic Society are aware of this accommodation to recommend on their website. It's an ideal holiday. We can't wait to come back, and are sad to leave today! Tracey thank you so much, you have been so lovely and helpful from booking to the actual holiday. Best of wishes for the future and we hope to come and stay again in the future, it's a relief to know there's somewhere we are confident to go for a holiday, that's also a big deal for us xxxx

Thank you R, K, C and B wow.. I am overwhelmed by your kind review and what made me so happy was your little boy felt at home and relaxed, we have many autistic children stay and their parents all say the same, it must be the tranquil, safe environment that No 31 offers. My main focus, always, is to ensure your stay will be one you will want to repeat and I love it when guests really feel at home and are able to relax - that is what holidays are all about. We like to provide the kind of welcome and cleanliness we ourselves would wish.
Yes a week just isn't enough time to see and do all that Derbyshire has to offer, especially for children.
May i add the house was left spotless, which made my job of another quick turnaround all the more better. You would be more than welcome to return any time and we would love it if you all came back.
Best wishes Tracey

A beautiful bungalow in Belper with a secluded back garden. It is equipped with everything you need for a fabulous stay. Tracey met us and made us feel so welcome. She gave us a tour around the bungalow and explained everything that we needed to know. There were lovely touches like a welcome card, a vase of fresh flowers, sweets, chocolate, a bottle of wine and milk in the fridge. The bungalow was spotlessly clean and very well presented. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed visiting Hardwick Hall, Bakewell, Calke Abbey, Denby Factory and the Outlet Village at Junction 28. We could recommend this bungalow to anyone and we definitely hope to return again in the future.

No 31 Belper ticks all the boxes for us. That's why we returned for a second visit and hope to be back again. The house is comfortable, well equipped and immaculately clean. The owner goes to great lengths to make her guests welcome.
The house is well situated to explore Derbyshire. The rear garden is quiet and secluded, a lovely relaxing place to enjoy a glass of wine in the summer sun

Thank you M, J and J so much for your lovely review of No 31! How pleasing it is to know how much you enjoyed your second stay. We like to provide the kind of welcome we ourselves would wish - holidays are vital and it is often the small details which count, this is why i add so many little extras. It would be a pleasure to welcome you and your family back. Yes many of our guests do enjoy the tranquility of the garden, we call it our little peaceful oasis even better when you have a glass of wine. It would be a pleasure to welcome you and your family back.
And yes i will say this again may i add the house was left spotless, which made my job of another quick turnaround all the more better
Best wishes, Tracey

A beautiful, comfortable, clean, and fully equipped bungalow in a peaceful location. Ideally situated in the town of Belper with all essentials close by, including rail and bus links. Highly recommend Cafe G for a breakfast and The Lion Hotel for meals. Thank you Tracey for the warm welcome and lovely gifts. Tracey also helped to make our daughter's graduation extra special. We definitely plan on returning in the foreseeable future!

Thank you P & V for your review which, to be fair has left me more than a little confused as I'm not sure what more I could have done and why I deserved the loss of the star, considering the glowing conversation i had with you on the phone along with a late check in and very extended late check out we afforded you at no extra cost, especially as none of the other information has been completed to indicate why, I can only put it down to the couple of rainy days you had.
I'm glad you both enjoyed your stay though.Kind Regards Tracey
