What can I say......some of the best views in the peak district. Castelton pubs need to up their game though. After a long walk the food is very average and we have tried them all....beer good though.

Great walk up Peak Cavern across to Mam Tor and along the ridge to Losehill. Amazing. Start and finish in Castleton

This path does what it says on the tin! It follows the ridge giving you excellent views in both directions. Beware the weather which can change quickly and the path is exposed at times of high wind. Car parking is at Mam Nick (pay and display)

I guess this walk gets a bit like a motorway in Summer. However, as a winter walk it's brilliant. Great views off both sides and a very clear path. Need waterproof boots as you descend into Castleton under Peveril Castle.
