Comfortable room, nice Marco Pierre White branded restaurant, pleasant staff, what's not to like?
For my Two night business stay this hotel was ideal. Located near the M1 junction access is good and the facilities are just what's needed.

From the moment we booked in to the moment we left the staff were very good and treated us well as you would except but, you could tell that they were really interested and happy to help, or chat to you.
The hotel was spotless, facilities were very good as was our room(322) as for Marco's restaurant that was excellent for both breakfast and evening meal.
The staff in Marco's were excellent as was all the hotel staff.

Stayed here after the Holiday Inn Derby botched our booking - no room at the inn so we had to look elsewhere. Staff at the Yew Lodge were very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Only down side was the 2 mass parties going on till after 1pm and the guests staggering up and down the corridor trying to find their rooms at 3a.m.

I booked an overnight stay with my two daughters as a birthday treat. We stayed in a triple room with twin beds and a large sofa bed which was very comfortable. I do not have one negative word to say about the hotel. The spa facilities were very good and we enjoyed one treatment each which was excellent. The restaurant was fantastic, excellent food and the atmosphere during dinner was lovely. The breakfast the following morning was also excellent. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly and they all worked extremely hard during the busy weekend we were there. I have stayed in various spa hotels, but can honestly say this was the best, offering value for money with first class service.

Room tip: Our room was a triple 433. There were Xmas parties during our stay, but we were not disturbed.

Brilliant one night stay with friends. Great customer service, food and facilities. Excellent spa facilities and use of spa after checkout. Very nice complimentary toiletries in room. Would be good to have slightly later breakfast at weekend til 10.30 instead of 10am. Would recommend this hotel for value for money and great facilities. Will be coming back.
