“Great Toboggan run”
Reviewed 10 December 2013

I come here around three times a year to use the toboggan that surrounds the dry ski slope. The children love it. The children can sit on your lap for you to take them on the toboggan if they are small enough (the staff will tell you if they are allowed on with you) The kids can not get enough of it. I cannot comment on the actual dry ski slope as I cannot ski, but there are a lot that can and they seem to enjoy it.

“Great fun”
Reviewed 27 November 2013

We visited the ski centre last weekend, and had great fun. I also used a Groupn offer, but unlike a previous reviewer, thought it was a great deal! The usual price for 30 minutes tubing (and you get lots of goes) and 2 toboggans is £9 each, but the Groupon offer was £4 each; a bargain. Don't expect snow though, unless it has been snowing (obviously) as it's outside. You have to book your tubing session before hand, but the toboggan you just queue for. The instructors were great too, and very safety conscious. We didn't try the restaurant as we had a brekkie at Morissons over the road first. The kids loved the place, and had great fun. We will certainly go back again soon.

“Alpine Restaurant”
Reviewed 25 November 2013

Had a fun night out with the family here last year, It was theme charity night, Enjoyed the food and drink but was very basic. Would come back to this attraction been saying it for a year as we did have a good night. Wheelchair access is a bit strange you have to go all the round just get in.

“Dont waste your time unless your a child”
Reviewed 24 November 2013

FALSE ADVERTISING ON GROUPON!! Makes it look like your gonna be sliding down a snowy/icy slope but really its worn out plastic. They dont even let you slide from the top, instead half way down. Poor waste of money and not what i expected. Ok for under 6s. Tobaggon was ok.

Hi,

Firstly I would like to thank you for taking the time to write a review. All feedback is apreciated and taken on board.

Our Website states that we are a Dry Slope Ski & Snowboard Centre, our slope like all other dry slopes is made of plastic matting. Ours is called Perma Snow, I agree that the slope is a couple of years old now but the wear on the slope would not interfere with the Sno-Tube Activity. We will however check any future Group On offers to ensure the discription is clear.

I am pleased to hear that you liked the toboggan. The Sno-Tube is a popular activity for all ages over 4yrs and we do have as many adult groups book in as children.

Thank you again for your review.

“Great Family Fun!”
Reviewed 19 November 2013

I heard about this place through trip advisor & thought that i should take my family to have a look for ourselves. i have to say that the place is good value for money and an excellent place to spend a day out, and i would highly reccomend this place. George supervised the tubing session, and put great effort in to ensuring that our son and daughter had a good time, and gave lots of useful information on parties and other offers available. on a whole, all of the staff are excellent, and we'll be sure to come back soon! however, its not pushchair friendly as i had to carry my baby in the pushchair upstairs to the restaurant.
