My wife and I stayed for three nights staying in the Apple Blossom room as a long weekend without the kids. Our room was comfortable, clean, modern, and included lovely touches like a mini-fridge, chocolate biscuits and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfasts are great. They are cooked fresh to order and are plentiful. Fresh fruit, juices and cereals are also provided.

Diane and Neil are great hosts. They are very welcoming and full of knowledge and suggestions on where to visit, places to eat and good local walks.

We loved our stay and would happily return.

We spent two nights at Blossom House while in the area for a friend's wedding, and it proved to be an excellent choice. The room was exceptionally clean, and very comfortable, with some thoughtful touches (including mini-fridge with fresh milk). We completely agree with other reviewers: Diane is the perfect host - welcoming and attentive - and the breakfast was superb, both in terms of selection on offer, and the quality. We'd definitely recommend Blossom House to others; it's difficult to think of anything Diane could have done to improve the experience.

We have just come back from a week long stay at blossom house and it was as good if not better than when we visited last year. Diane is a great host . Our room was lovely and clean and we had our own patio area where we could sit at night and enjoy the great weather. Nothing is to much trouble and the breakfasts are first class. If you are visiting Tideswell be sure to book in at Blossom house you will not be disappointed. We will return for another great stay.

Room Tip: If you want to sit outside ask for the back bedroom where you will have your own patio area.

We travelled from Worthing to search our family history knowing next to nothing of the area.

We were treated like family by our hosts, Diane and Neil, who were very friendly and helpful in directing our searches and telling us about the area.

The rooms were very well equipped and breakfasts were excellent. We had our own key to the front door and to our room. The nearby pub served great dinners as well also a few yards away was an excellent sandwich shop which also made up salad bowls as required.

We particularly liked sitting in the quiet and secluded patio garden outside our room of an evening.

Very good value for money - if we need to return we will certainly stay at 'Blossom House' again.

Thank you for a fantastic holiday! We would, unreservedly, recommend this B & B to others.

We are just back from having spent two nights in the Cherry Blossom room. No matter how hard I try, I can not think of anything that could have improved our stay. The room was furnished to a really high standard and the attention to detail made the big difference - for example the fridge, the water, fresh milk for tea and coffee etc etc. The room has patio doors into a lovely little terrace area which was wonderful to sit in after a long walk up Kinder Scout. Diane could not do enough for us and the variety at breakfast was great and set us up for the day.

I had a four night stay here mid week in April, and it was by far the best experience I have had at any hotel, b&b or hostel. Was greeted by Diane who is a very kind and friendly host. The rooms are on the ground floor with your own key and own front door access, so you can come and go as you please. The rooms were immaculate and everything had been thought of, very comfortable beds and relaxing atmosphere. Also a fantastic location to get to all the popular site seeing in the area. My Nan was in the second room and enjoyed the stay just as much as I did. The food in the morning was fantastic, we often went without lunch because we enjoyed breakfast so much! Thank you for a fantastic holiday, would highly recommend and use again :)

We booked a stay at BH in March of this year, thinking we were in the heart of the town. After much time wasted tracking down BH we were so pleasantly surprised! Arriving 2 hours later than we had planned as we took on board a variety of directions (should have trusted the SatNav!) and frantic phone calls to Diane, we were grateful that a friendly local was open for dinner next door. Off street parking is also a bonus. Not only was the dinner delicious, but they even served us after meal time, seeing we were desperate for a feed! The room was on the ground floor-perfect for us as we were travelling for 6 weeks and had 2 large OS bags-immaculate and perfect for a well deserved rest. Breakfast as other guests have mentioned is cooked to order and wonderfully presented by Diane-we had a warm friendly chat during breakfast and Diane was a wealth of local knowledge and full of advice of the best route for our next destination. We found Tideswell an undiscovered gem complete with its own Cathedral and local charms. Thanks again Diane for a memorable first stop on our driving tour of the Midlands and the South!
