My Wife and I stayed at The Gallery B&B for 3 nights in May 2014. The place was immaculate, and the breakfasts were excellent full-English breakfasts. There were freshly baked cookies in our room each afternoon/evening when we returned from our area travels. WI-FI is in the room. Our room was one of the least expensive, a bit small, and on the street side of the house, but we would definitely stay here again. Parking is on the street, but we were provided with an over-night parking badge which worked well. The location is directly across from the World of James Heriott Museum and right off the Thirsk town square with several good pubs and restaurants within a very short walk.
