I stayed for a weekend during winter and loved the 1920s style of the place. Enjoyed sitting in the comfy old lounges facing a roaring fire and soaking up the authentic old-style atmosphere. Dinner was really good and the staff very friendly. A few locals drinking in the front bar got a bit rowdy late on Saturday night.
