For a family of 4 we were disappointed with the room. We were crammed in one room with the kitchen, double bed, single bed and a bunk bed all squashed together. The bunk beds were terrible mattresses as they were super soft so you could feel the springs underneath. Woke up with a sore back from the bad posture all night from the bed. There was a sink in the kitchen and that was about it for kitchen facilities. The receptionist was also quite vague and not all that friendly. Wouldn't go back.
But if you are staying in Atherton make sure you go to Platypus creek at dawn or dusk to see some platypus! We really enjoyed seeing them!More
