Great location, close to jungle surfing which picks you up from the carpark. Clean, affordable room. Included breakfast which was good. Also had dinner at the restaurant, which was very tasty and filling. Was nice to enjoy a quiet dinner over candlelit room.

We stayed in a garden loft, accommodation is very basic but very clean, each one is tucked away amongst the trees, very quiet. Just a short walk to the beach. Our first night we had no hot water so were moved the next day to another loft. the pools are great. The restaurant was fantastic & great food. We had dinner & breakfast there each night, breakfast was included in price which was good. The wifi was'nt very good & there are 2 computers available to use but 1 was broken. Some garden lights around the grounds did'nt work & it was dark walking to some of the rooms.

The garden loft was fantastic, right in the middle of the rainforest. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Especially helping to find the best room for our elderly parents, no trouble to them. Sure the facility is in need of a little maintenance but nothing major and excellent value for money. The included breakfast is great and meals at night obviously cooked by a chef. Loved every night we stayed and want to return. Overall incredible value compared to most places on our trip.

Room Tip: The lodges and pool are amazing, right in the rainforest.

My sister and I were only there for a night but we wished we had more time to stay. We had a little trouble getting there because we weren't aware that there wouldn't be transport available from Cairns to Daintree unless you're on a booked tour, but we were actually offered a lift by a one of the main staff from Port Douglas. The drive there was absolutely gorgeous and the place was nice and quiet with good rooms and right in the Daintree forest which was exactly what we were looking for. It's a little too quiet sometimes but we entertained ourselves with some ping pong and tv in the night. One of the guests working in the area spotted a Tarantula which was awesome! Highly recommended, have to go back ourselves soon.

Would highly recommend this place as a base in Cape Trib.
Restaurant does nice food too.
Only negative point was in the Restaurant the older guy obviously turned the wifi off after our breakfast as it went off as the radio came on. He tried to tell me it was on a timer at 9.30 each day. . Blatant lie. .
Still would go there. . Reception very helpful and knowledgeable on local area

My parents, partner, 2 children and I stayed here in April after the cyclone. Highly recommend, very friendly staff, great rooms (remember it is a rainforest) and the food in the restaurant was the best we had in our entire 3 week trip from Cape Tribulation to Sydney.

I just booked for the one night. Booking efficient. Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms and cabins set in rainforest with open paths to reception and restaurant. Delightful but wet if raining - umbrella useful. Restaurant good menu and service. Impressive building. Rooms comfortable and everything works, quite an achievement for an isolated location. Furnishings a bit spartan and decor looking a bit tired. Bed very comfortable.
