A bunch of us had dinner at the bowls club on the weekend during our visit to Cooktown. The place was pretty busy, the staff were friendly and the food was ok. That was the general consensus of the food amongst the group too.
My bruschetta was pretty plain and the salmon special I had was well over cooked.
Also, there was live music playing and there were plenty of people up dancing, if that’s your thing.
