The owners of this property, Rhonda and Lindsay Kath were born to be hosts of a B&B! Their attention to detail with EVERYTHING! is amazing and made our stay truly memorable. The beautiful gardens and impeccable cottages are a real credit to this hard working couple! If you're looking for somewhere really special to unwind - this is it! Extremely comfortable and very tastefully decorated cottages set the scene for a relaxing break. The combustion fireplace kept us warm and coay of an evening whilst enjoying the fabulous gardens and the birdlife during the day was a real treat. We cant finish this review without mentioning the family dog, the marvelous Waldo, who kept us company and those two cute miniature cows, Hamish and Fergus. So nice to wake up and see them outside our cottage in the mornings! Sunday morning, sitting in the sun in your garden enjoying delicious home-made scones and coffee was the perfect way to end our stay with you. Thank you so much for your wonderful country hospitality, we'll be back!

Room Tip: You can't go wrong - both cottages are beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and well appointe...

Coffee, carrot cake, scones and other home baked treats away those who take the country road to this amazing, hill top paradise. Nothing is forgotten when Rhonda and Lindsay are at the helm! Today is no different, so many places to sit and watch the bunya mountain backdrop and the happiest of birds I think, live here at Mulanah Gardens! There are so many experiences to enjoy, whether for a day, a wedding, or a walk amongst creative, well manicured and enchanting gardens. I'm a local and it is one of my favourites for Sunday relaxation.

What a wonderful place to relax and unwind. From the moment we arrived Lindsay, Rhonda and Waldo made us feel welcome. The cottages were beautifully appointed the scenery perfectly relaxing. We loved our two days at Mulanah Gardens-although we would have liked one or two more days! Thank you Lindsay and Rhonda, you do your job brilliantly, you could set up a school teaching people how to run a successful B&B! If I could make one suggestion it would be to use some of the local jams and preserves in the breakfast package as there is some great produce in the area.

We just spent a day at Mulanah Gardens to celebrate my Grandfather's 90th birthday. On first entering the property, we noticed the gardens .... lovely, immaculate, and gorgeous. The views of the surrounding hills and landscape were beautiful and the lunch put on for our large group was fantastic. Didn't stay there, though looking forward to in the near future.

We spent Easter at Mulanah Gardens, what a wonderful place. We had five incredibly restful days out in the country with good old fashioned country hospitality.Rhonda and Lindsay treated us so well and made sure everything was just fine, always offering to go that one step further. Their hard work is evident throughout the property, attention to detail just spot on and such busy people. Waldo is a great dog, so friendly and yet so respectful - he has been raised so well. The cottages are first class and offered us everything that we could need for a peaceful and tranquil five nights. The breakfasts are huge, massive in fact, and kept us going all day. Lindsay and Rhonda have started up coffee and scones on Sundays and they are a real treat, just yummy - well worth the drive to just relax in the country with some real people.
We had a tyre puncture on the Saturday, probably from our drive to Bunya Mountains the day before, Lindsay was quick to hop in and get us going. I have had surgery recently so I really appreciated the help. They had a huge wedding on that day, so this is just evidence of the attention they give to everyone. I cannot believe how busy these two people are and how much joy they give to others. Sitting in the cottages and listening to the children playing in the bushes and the parents enjoying coffee, scones and the like is just wonderful.
Thank you both for showing us a wonderful time on your property. If you ever come to Brisbane, please look us up - we would love to return the favour. If you are looking for the best of the best - here it is - ENJOY!!!!

Room Tip: We stayed in the Bank-Sia cottage, but I believe either cottage would suit any needs. Have the brea...

The first thing I noticed upon my arrival at Mulanah Gardens was the impeccable presentation of the grounds - it is obvious that hosts Lindsay and Rhonda take great pride in their home and business.

This attention to detail is carried through to the accommodation, which has a modern, tasteful decor and is fully self contained with everything one might need, including a selection of music, books, magazines and DVDs, a fire for winter and air-conditioning for summer.

I greatly appreciated the warm and personal welcome I received upon my arrival at reception, and when I made my way to Grevillia Cottage there was soft music playing and fresh milk and juice in the fridge, so I instantly felt at home.

Sitting on the verandah, watching the sun set and listening to the cows, birds, frogs and the fountain next to the cabin was the ultimate way to wind down and de-stress.

Although I was travelling for work, I would absolutely recommend Mulanah Gardens to anyone seeking some time out, either alone or with a partner, to enjoy the serenity of nature and true hospitality.
