Selected this restaurant to sample the $50 lunch degustation and was thoroughly impressed. Excellent food, excellent service and good value for money!

“Best food on Sunshine Coast”

Thank you Reserve for giving us the most amazing memorable food. My husband is vegetarian and he will generally get a choice of a pasta or risotto when we go out but he does all the time at home. Boring!!! There are so many terrible restaurants on the Sunshine Coast that get away with charging heaps for basic boring food. The experience at the Reserve is consistently creative interesting and blown us away with the amazing flavours they create. We have been 4 times and have enjoyed being surprised with the degustation menu and their vegetarian options are outstanding! Thanks again Reserve, can't wait to get back there soon

“Best value for money degustation ever”

We have eaten here twice now for the $50 degustation lunch. Having eaten at some of the top restaurants around the world, we have yet to find better value for money fine dining anywhere. the cost of the meal and the matched wines is cheaper than just the meal at many equivalent restaurants. the staff are extremely knowledgeable about the wines and food and everything is matched perfectly. Having to guess the sorbet flavour is a quirky gimmick that we love - we have always got close but never quite got it all perfect - one day we will!! If you manage to get the goats cheese soufflé - it is one of the best dishes ever. I would challenge anyone who regularly eats at quality fine dining restaurants to find better value for money anywhere in the world. A hidden gem on the Sunshine Coast

“Degustation Delight”

Following an Impromptu visit to The Reseve, for lunch on sunday 13/10, the food and friendly service confirmed the reason we continue to return . My partner and I chose the popular degustation menu . 4 courses , for $50, together with the mystery sorbet, which the dining guest is invited to guess the two ingredients .(we did not have the additional wine package) The Menu had recently changed, so slightly disappointed that our wonderful soufflé was not available. However the disappointment was short lived, as the replacement dish was delicious . In fact all 4 courses were good and well presented. All in all , this is a little "gem" on the Sunshine coast hinterland, near Maleny, and is far better value and more interesting dining than the more well known venues close by,

We come to Reserve every time we are in Maleny and have yet to be disappointed. Excellent slow cooked crispy pork belly, and amazing goats cheese soufflé.
