I have stayed at AltitudeOne40 twice and every time it becomes more beautiful. Last year we had just over one month in this secluded yet romantic place. The view from the wet edge pool is something to behold. The house is apparently built at the highest point in the area so no where in the area can the view be matched. The first time we ventured to this idyllic spot we went as a couple to get away from the stress and strain of a busy life and loved it so much dreamed of owning such a wonderful property. The second time was for a family getaway for 5 days and once again not only were we impressed but so were the children. We had touch footy on the helipad and the kids loved exploring the 17 acres of paddocks and rainforest not to mention the most beautiful wet edge pool with the view straight out to Dunk Island. The wildlife has to be seen to be believed. We were left with chicken wings to feed the sea eagles every night and to see them swoop down to feed is an experience very few would experience. The wallabies and varied wildlife make it a truly Australian experience.
As to the owners of this marvellous property, thank you so much for making our stay not only memorable but a dream to aspire to!More
