My girlfriend and I recently participated in Coral Sea Kayaking's seven day trip. This was without doubt, an outstanding must do trip of a lifetime.
From beginning to end the guides were brilliantly welcoming, fun, knowledgeable, informative and passionate about all aspects of the trip.
What really wowed us was how the trip impressively manages to offer so much more than the kayaking itself, like the various bush walks to spectacular locations, swimming, snorkelling and fishing opportunities, and even the superb preparation and provision of delicious 3 course meals, snacks and drinks throughout the trip. Not forgetting the relentless wild life spotting whereby we were fortunate enough to see and come up close with dugongs, dolphins, sea turtles, sea snakes, goannas, shovel nosed shark rays and a variety of sea birds, fish, toads and spiders. All of which were helpfully identified and explained about by the enthusiastic and dedicated guides.
Even during the occasional rainy patches at camp, the guides were clearly well prepared, quick and efficient in providing us with the necessary equipment, shelter and entertainment that ensured our great times as a group continued on as normal.
Furthermore, we enjoyed the 7 day trip so much that we then went on to book ourselves on to their 1 day trip to Dunk Island which was just as fantastic.
Thank you so much again to Coral Sea Kayaking for making the trips what they are. We would, and will, unquestionably and actively recommend them as a must do to anyone that is already in or planning to visit Australia.
