The house is warm and inviting and you hope for many a good thing to come upon arrival. Then I would suggest turning around and heading back and that is the best thing to be enjoyed here. The food on the night we went was a Degustation Menu - just the type of thing we enjoy usually. Unfortunately, the night we went was VERY disappointing. Cold, overcooked scallops; Fish so dry that it was tough; A concoction with egg and finger limes that simply did not work - and the list goes on. Also, to top it off, the owner/chef "entertains" at the end of his cooking evening by playing one of the many guitars he has. Whist his playing and singing are good, he simply takes over the entire room and further conversation and enjoying the company you are with is not possible.
