Flies!!!!!! Ok that isn't the parks problem but still put a dampner on our trip. Horrendous.

Great facilities, and central to explore the flinders ranges. Owners very helpful. The pool was a godsend for our hot day and a good break from the flies.

Only negative was that the toilets near BBQ area weren't cleaned one day while we were there so there was no loo paper for a whole day.

Would still recommend this as a great park to stay at.

Thank you for your review, I am glad you enjoyed the pool even though you did have to share it with the three trillion flies that passed our way while you were here. Fortunately for us they have moved on to some other poor person now. Our apologies for the back toilet being neglected for a time during your stay, we have taken on board your feedback and now have tweaked our procedures to avoid this happening again. We hope to welcome you back again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin for 3 nights over two stays. It is a great base to visit the Flinders Ranges and as a stop over between Arkaroola and the Barossa.
The cabin was neat and clean and was equipped with all the basic comforts of home. Even an extra tv in the bedroom. We were greeted with a lovely smile at reception and offered maps and sights to view in the area. Our 2nd car was suitably accommodated close to the cabin also. We quickly purchased fly nets as they were a MUST. Thanks for a great stay.

Our family occupied 3 sites in tents for a family holiday. The park was clean, had a great BBQ area, camp kitchen, good playground for the kids, and a pool that the kids loved but I couldn't put my feet in as it was so cold! Our sites had ensuites which were basic but great (no treks across the park with kids for toilet stops in the middle of the night).

We adjusted our expectations after discovering there was no takeaway in the area and managed to self cater for our five night stay.

Would consider this place again if we return to the Flinder's, perhaps try out a cabin if the weather was colder.

The park was neat, clean and tidy. We stayed in a cabin that was quiet allowing us to relax and enjoy our holiday. We found the location ideally situated permitting us to visit all of the Central Flinders points of interest. The Managers were friendly and helpful providing suggestions of places to visit.

We stayed here on the way through to Arkaroola. The park is very clean and quiet. We had an ensuite site for our van and the ensuite was clean and the sites large. There is a fair bit of shelter around the park in the form of BBQ areas and trees which would be good in the hotter weather. There is also a pool and a playground.
I used the laudry and there were The staff we're great and even though it was a very cold and rainy day/ evening when we were there, we had no issues with the site. There is no kiosk at the park, but there is a general store in town (slightly limited hours though. Closes at noon on Saturdays, not open Sundays) and a service station that had a pretty good selection of food and snacks. We ae at the Hawker pub the night we were there and that was great too.
Would stay there again if we headed to the Flinders Ranges again without hesitation.
