I booked two rooms while traveling for a fishing tournament. Best Western is a sponsor of the trail I fish so we pretty much have to use them. When the rooms were booked I used a Best Western rewards card for payment at the time of booking but I had to also give a personal credit card number. One of our vehicles broke down and we arrived around 0500 hours. If it wasn't for the payment already having been made I would have never stayed here. The rooms were $110.00 plus tax per night and they had no laundry bags for laundry service and no iron in the rooms. Other than that the rooms were nice. We stayed here on 07-19-13. On 07-23-13 I checked my personal credit card statement and found two charges of $12.30 per room. I called the hotel and was advised that we were not charged the correct rate when we stayed there even though it was suppose to be a discounted rate. I was told the rate should have been $115.00 per night plus tax so they charged it to my personal credit card instead of the business rewards card. Even though Best Western is suppose to give a discount rate for the tournament trail I guess this did not apply to this hotel.
Believe it or not folks, I have no reason to lie.More
