We arrived at check in time and were told our room was not ready. An hour and 15 min later we were finally showed our room. . Other guests only waited 15 mins for their room to be ready, when we brought this up we were told it was because we had 2 beds not one. We had to cancel plans the staff was unconcerned. they do not care if your child has special needs they only correct the problem when you contact corporateWe hurried off to salvage some of our evening and came back to bugs and mold in the bathroom ( I will post pictures). We could not use the pool safely because of an unsupervised birthday party of 11 eleven young girls with no adult supervising them. Then we were offered no compensation at all but got home and discovered that we had been overcharged by 50.00. Do not use this hotel. Go to Holiday Inn Express in North Lima instead- we never had a problem there.
