We recently lost the patriarch of our family, and as such had the need to travel back to Canton, Ohio for his memorial service. Everyone at the Ramada Canton/Hall of Fame went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The highlight of our mornings was making the trek down to partake of the continental breakfast. Marie always met us with a smiling face! Little did she know how much that smile was needed until the day we were preparing to leave, when we told her the purpose of our trip. Thank you Marie and all of the other staff for your caring and thoughtful ways. Top notch customer service!!

Room Tip: Children are always welcome...and coffee is always available!! :)

My husband, myself and 2 year old stayed here in early May for one night. Upon check in we discovered neither the men's or women's bathrooms had a changing table in them. That needs to be corrected. The front desk agent was very nice and bent over backwards to make our check in as easy as possible. However, for the second time we stayed there our key didn't work and they had to completely replace the lock on the door.

We were pleased with both the pool and incredible breakfast served by Marie. I wish our room had been in better shape upon check in. Our remote didn't have batteries. I would stay here again for the customer service and value.

This hotel is always very nice to stay at and i believe that is because of the employees. Especially Neal and Amy on the evening shift. I cannot say enough good things about them. The hotel is clean, the pool is great and breakfast is wonderful. And if your lost between lunch and dinner, there is always a fresh apple on the counter. I love the room setup, whether in a double room or a suite. They are the best. Because of Neal, i now look at Ramada first for my travels.

Room Tip: That is really hard to do, even the rooms by the elevator are quiet. AC was quiet. Just a good stay...

My husband & I were spending one night in the Canton area as we traveled. We had booked a King Suite & when we arrived they upgraded us to a whirlpool suite which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very friendly & competent. The bedroom & living room were nice but the bathroom did look a little worn & could use a new paint job. However for the price we were satisfied. A very good selection of hot & cold breakfast items. The hotel was also convenient to shopping & numerous restaurants. Would stay here again if in the area.

Room Tip: Whirlpool suite is large & down the hall away from any noise.

They try to make you sign legal documents upon check in (without prior notice) and then will refuse to give you copies of what you just signed. I have never had to sign such agreements at any other hotel that I have stayed at. If it hadn't been 1:30 in the morning, I would have canceled and gone to another hotel. Be prepared to give them your drivers license number and a bunch of other personal information (they claimed there was a new local law requiring them to do so). There was vomit in the entryway. There were people hanging out of the window and smoking (even though this is one of the things that you agree not to do in one of the documents that they make you sign). The whole floor where my assigned room was located smelled of marijuana smoke (probably from the smokers that I saw). The furniture and TV in the room are decent, but the bathrooms are quite dated and are in need of updates. The hotel is not in a bad neighborhood but this hotel in particular is pretty rough. I have stayed at other hotels in the area and have had MUCH better experiences than the one I had at this hotel. This hotel is not the kind of place you want to take your wife and kids.

this use to be my favor hotel to stay at next best western but since it's been under new management it's been a downgrade it's tackie they close the bar open up something called the ramada mart the rooms are smaller no matter if its a king queen standard the floors are uneven if it wasn't for the cleanliness of the pools in the room and a pleasant housekeepers Jennifer G excellent housekeeper my stay would have been horrible please upgrade and do better,..................................,,,,..........,.................................................................................................
