Marion Glass, the late founder, worked for Cassano's and decided he had a better idea. They serve
thin crust pizza cut into squares as Cassano's pioneered, but uses special lower fat, delicious sausage and less pepperoni, creating a much less greasy pizza. The taste is hungered for by ex-Daytonians, causing much air freighting to distant locations. It's unique and habit-forming. Complementing the pizza is draught soda pop and beer, subs, steak subs and salads.
