Had a cocktail while resting our feet at La Dolce Vita. Our cocktails came with a complimentary plate of bright, fresh orange and nectarine slices with a dollop of sweetened marscapone. We felt like we were being treated like an honored guest, although we were just stopping in. The owner chef gave us, as he walked by, a sample of hot, fresh bow tie pasta dressed with a delicious cheesy sauce. He called it Italian mac and cheese.
