“Worth the trip”
Reviewed 27 May 2014

Living in the Chicagoland area, we have access to many great Italian restaurants and having been to Little Italy in NYC multiple times I have to say that this little spot in Cleveland, Ohio was one of the very best Italian restaurants we have ever experienced! The food was authentic and outstanding. The olives were fresh, the pasta and sauces just the right texture and flavor and the Veal Scallopini was the best I have ever tasted! This restaurant allowed us to bring in our own wine, even though they have a robust list and the service was excellent. Finally, while small, the ambiance of this restaurant was quaint and lovely. The only warning - which has nothing to do with the restaurant itself, is that you will want to drive here because it's nearly impossible to get a cab to take you back into the city after 9:00 pm. We waited over an hour until our hotel finally insisted 2 cabs travel out to retrieve us. This is not the fault of this wonderful restaurant, just something to consider to ensure a great experience all around. This restaurant is worth figuring out how to get there and back. It is simply fabulous. I am still craving that meal!

“Authentic”
Reviewed 8 May 2014 via mobile

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Etna in Cleveland's Little Italy. The restaurant has recently reopened after a month (while the chef was in Sicily). Our server was very friendly and our dinners were delicious. Along with more traditional Italian pasta and meat entrees there were three specials for the evening, all fresh fish. The restaurant is small. There are a few tables outside on the sidewalk. The only downside to Little Italy is parking - very difficult to find.

“Cozy Atmosphere”
Reviewed 9 March 2014

We met some friends for dinner at Etna recently. This small gem,in the heart of Little Italy is very charming and romantic. The drinks are generous, the food is great and it's hard not to linger here after dinner.
I would recommend Etna to anyone looking for good Italian food in a cozy atmosphere.

“Near perfection with comfort and conversation”
Reviewed 13 February 2014

Our group of six adults took full advantage of the variety of fresh Mediterranean offerings. The fresh seafood specials, my ravioli with wild boor meat sauce and attentive service kept us happy throughout the couple of hours at Etna. Good value for the best quality food. Three delicious desserts were our bonus thank you gifts. Cozy and professional atmosphere made for a special environment and memorable evening.
