Description: Located downtown in the historic Warehouse District, The Brasa Grill Steakhouse is Cleveland’s first Churrascaria (choo-rah-scah-REE-ah), the name used to describe a restaurant that serves meat, mostly grilled rodizio style, a method of serving the different cuts of meat that originated in the south of Brazil in the early 1800's. Brasa Grill serves a wide variety of beef, pork, lamb, chicken, etc., in succession, to each diner individually right at the table, thus there is not a traditional menu. The restaurant features fixed-price continuous tableside service. In addition diners can choose from 40 different salads including sushi, seafood & pastas at their leisure from salad bar. The Brasa Grill Steakhouse offers excellent cuisine, professional service, charming high energy ambience & a festive atmosphere in a large colorful space. Brasa is a haven for meat lovers. From an intimate dinner for 2 to a lavish reception for 300, the Brasa Grill will make your celebration unforgettabl

Really fun evening with friends. It was like a progressive dinner only you stay at the same location! The buffet of salads and starter items were tasty- it was hard not to fill up there and leave room for meat. The table was given delicious cheese breads (also hard not to fill up on) and some tasty sides but the main event was the MEAT! I love that each was served tableside on swords! Each selection was tasty and it created lots of conversation about which were the favorites. Dessert was tasty but we all had to share because the meal was so filling. The atmosphere was great for our night out without kids (this place could be tricky with little ones... Lots of plates and serving movements could make this kind of meal hectic if you are trying to feed anyone other than yourself). The staff was fairly friendly, except initially they were "put out" that we had not made a reservation... So if you know you're going in advance make the reservation to avoid initial annoyed looks and raised eyebrows.

We go to Brasa at least once a month. The service and food are always excellent. No complaints. Love it!

The positive - plenty of food! The not so positive - 1) most meats seemed to be of low quality. Toughness, and gristle were common. They slice the meat very thin in order to hide this. 2) Bland seasoning - little or no seasoning on the meats. Keep the salt nearby! 3) Price: $40 per person! Next time I would rather go to another fine dining restaurant like Blue Pointe Grill, Pomeroy House, Pier W, Mallorca, Cowell & Hubbard, etc... and order off the menu. You may not get as much food as you do at Brasa Grill, but the food you get will be far more tasty and of higher quality! You'll likely save a couple of dollars, too! The service was fine. Not much to it for them other than clearing plates off your table, carving/serving you meat and tending to your beverages.

We were there for Sweetest Day (Ohio holiday), our server was great and very attentive, the food was outstanding, and that's a lot coming from me lol. We even got to witness a marriage proposal a couple of tables away.

After reading so many bad reviews, was thinking twice about the Groupon I had just purchased.
Went there last night with my family of six. Restaurant is very clean. Attentive staff. Filled our drinks often without prompting. Salad island was clean and well stocked with cold crab legs, beef stroganoff, mushrooms, green beens, salad items etc. All tasty. As soon as we flipped our card to green, the waiters descended on us with a dizzying array of meats. All pretty good. Some of the beef was a little more rare than what my family prefers altho I like it on the medium side.
Parmesan steak was probably the best beef. Rest not bad but not like at a premium steak house.
Favorite for me was the chicken and sausage which I had a few helpings.
Definitely don't understand the negative reviews. Almost like they went to a different restaurant.
Price is a factor though. Neat experience that everyone should try once but would prefer to go to a premium traditional sit down restaurant.
