We rented this apartment during our stay in Cleveland for my heart surgery at Cleveland Clinic. My wife and adult son (and his black lab)were the main occupants but I was there for several days as well. In addition I had 2 brothers come visit for a few days.
We found things just as advertised. It was clean, spacious, and well kept and had everything that we needed. It was in an older home that has been converted to 3 apts. and we stayed in the 2nd floor unit. As such, it had some old-fashioned features and felt like going to Grandma's house but had been updated with a new sink, toilet, and floor tile in the bathroom and a modern kitchen. Brooks, the manager, was great to work with and bent over backwards to make our stay a good one. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms had plenty of room. It had a nice living room plus a dining room. Everything worked as near as I could tell and we really enjoyed having a"home" instead of just a motel room. We loved sitting out on the large front porch.
If there was a weakness it was that the kitchen was not as well stocked with dishes and silverware as some places we have stayed. However, there was service for 4 and Brooks quickly provided the few extra things that we asked for. We would definitely rent this apt. again.
