Wow, this is a very neat and huge bookstore. There are 32 rooms to walk through and almost every kind of book you can imagine. It's a book lovers dream!! And the prices are not too bad either!! Very cool!! Will definitely come back again :)

“This is a Columbus-Must Do”
Reviewed 17 July 2014

I love the book loft. It's an adventure just to get lost in the place. The prices are competitive and they've got an amazing number of books packed in that place. Most definitely check it out!

“Even if you don't love books, worth going to see.”
Reviewed 8 June 2014 via mobile

A beautiful outside garden space when you can sit and wait for the book lover in your life. Better be prepared to wait a long time, with 32 rooms of books to buy! Bargain books by the hundreds outside most $5.99 or less. If you can carry your dog then your pet is welcome inside! Nice since German Village is great for dog walking. Friendly staff that will give you a colored brochure of their bookstore ( you will need it) and on the other side a map of German Village!! Very nice item to keep to locate shopping spots, restaurants and more! Well worth you time to stop, great photo op in the arched entrance to garden.

“WOW! what a gem!”

Charming from top to bottom. I fell in love with the music wafting through each room, especially the Celtic selections and jazz. Was it a bit hard to navigate as a senior? Yes, but go slowly and go often!!

“Go in "for a few minutes" and lose your whole afternoon!”
Reviewed 7 April 2014

What a great place to explore. So much more enjoyable than a big box store. My thirteen year old said, "I really want a house like this." It's just plain cute! Our three teens, my husband and I all roamed through several rooms on our own, getting a taste of each room's "theme" and pretty much every room had it's own music or sound background running. Clearance books are a real bargain. Only downside is that with so many books (and puzzles and calendars and...) it can be hard to find a particular book on your own, so may need to ask for help in finding it. We were under no such limitations so enjoyed our visit in a huge way!
