House salad dressing is the best...garlic galore. The rigatoni ala capri is my favorite with extra sauce & well done...cheese a little brown.

Went on a Friday, the place was crowded. The server was nice & accommodating. Food was just OK. The roastbeef was very salty. The chicken parmesan was plain. Decor needed tons of work. Place seems dirty.

The meal was delicious and the service was great! Well worth the price. The spaghetti was made on-site and the fish my wife had was outstanding. The desserts were delicious as well.

The Florentine has been one of my favorite restaurants since I was a little girl. Homemade pasta, hearty recipes and generous portions served in a warm (if a bit dated) atmosphere, Florentine has always tasted like home. Their dishes come straight from the oven. The fettuccine alfredo is always melty-gooey and delicious. My favorite dish, the spaghetti ala caruso, is a heaping pile of thick noodles sprinkled with crispy fried chicken livers and topped with melted cheese. Dinners come with a salad and warm bread sticks. I prefer the blue cheese over their house italian dressing (it's a bit tangy for my taste). Florentine also offers a private dining room for rent, which is where we had our wedding rehearsal dinner. Located in the basement of the restaurant, the room includes private restrooms. You can design a menu for your guests and the prices are great! If you live in Columbus or are just visiting, you should give Florentine a shot. Located just near the heart of downtown, the neighborhood isn't the nicest, but don't let it deter you from this gem.

Good food but it takes a chunk out of the bank account when you are going to be on a fixed income. According to their radio ads they are great, and they are good, but they don't mention how expensive their prices are when you go there.
