Great employees. It was a pleasure meeting the employees. They were gracious and helpful if I needed directions or a ride within a five-mile radius. They also provided a number for a taxi service in case I was out of their pick-up range. The rooms were spotless and the service was exceptional. One suggestion, though, would be softer mattresses.

Our team appreciates you taking the time to review your stay with us. Our staff receives so many great compliments about the way they take such great care of our guests. We are very proud of them. Nothing is more important than cleanliness. Our housekeeping staff keeps our rooms and property so clean. We thank you for mentioning that too.

We are sorry that your bed was too soft. Our beds usually get fantastic reviews too. Our king beds are adjustable and perhaps they were not adjusted properly for you.

Brought two teenage girls to town for a Saturday conference and decided to come to town a day early to do shopping at Polaris Mall. We shopped until the mall closed and then did late check in at the Hilton Garden Inn (had made reservations the night before). Upon arrival had very speedy check-in and quick room service to supply linens for the sleeper sofa in room for girls. Next morning had hot breakfast prior to leaving for conference. Best priced hotel in area for the amenities provided.

We are so glad you had such a nice shopping weekend with the girls. There is so much great shopping right here at Polaris. We appreciate you mentioning the great service from our staff. Our guests tell us that often but we always appreciate hearing it. Hilton Garden Inn is the best value in Polaris with our nice very clean rooms, great service, wonderful breakfast for only $9.95 and the best location.

We hope to see you on your next shopping getaway.

Clean and inexpensive. Quality accommodations. Sofabed too. No free breakfast, but hot breakfast available for $9.95 per adult. Kids eat free. Pool freezing. Probably 70 degrees vs what should be 80-85 degrees.

Thank you so much for staying with us as well as the great review. We appreciate your nice comments mentioning the cleanliness of our hotel. We are glad you know that Hilton Garden Inn is the best value in Polaris. Even our fresh cooked to order breakfast and buffet is a great value for only $9.95. And yes kids 12 and under do get breakfast free.

Our so-called adjustable mattress was anything but adjustable. It was like a granite slab on either the firmest or the softest. The rest of the room and hotel were nice but when you can't sleep the rest just doesn't matter.

You are absolutely right. One of the main expectations of any hotel is a good night’s rest. And most certainly you should expect that from a Hilton Hotel. I cannot apologies enough for your sleepless night. I know we took care of your charges for the evening and deservedly so, but that could give you back the sleep you lost. Thanks to you reporting that issue to us we were able to fix the bed for the next guest. Again I am very sorry and hope that you would give us another chance to show you that our beds are as nice as the rest of our hotel.

Stayed at this hotel in a great area of Columbus, Ohio, to attend an indoor track and field meet at the French Field House at OSU. Our granddaughter was participating in the women's pole vault and we needed a place to store her poles overnight. Without hesitation the manager let my son-in-law bring the bag with her poles 14' ft. long! In a locked room until morning. That is real service. Sorry I did not get his name but thank you so much. The room was great, the beds comfortable and the entire hotel clean and neat. We had breakfast in the grille in the morning and ordered a omelet which was very good. When we return to Columbus, we will return to the Hilton Garden Inn, Columbus / Polaris.
