My husband and I stayed here for three nights on a snowy, cold January weekend. Kay and her sweet dog, Mac, greeted us at the door. They made us feel right at home :) The house is a converted barn from the 1800s, so the main floor is a huge open area with exposed beams. Upstairs are the three guest suites. We stayed in the largest, king suite that includes a comfortable reading corner and a two person jazcuzzi. It was nicely decorated with rich paint colors. There was a large bay window with room to sit on, which we did to watch the snow fall on the vineyards in back of the house. Oh, and I don't want to forget the fireplace. It's wood burning, and Kay provides fire logs that you light and just leave it for a lovely fire for a couple of hours. Even though it was a very cold weekend, we always felt toasty warm. Kay provides a refrigerator, wine glasses and corkscrew. We loved our room, it felt like a private escape from the world. We spent one of the days just lounging in the room, had cheese, crackers and wine for lunch in front of the fireplace. Heaven. We were able to see the other two rooms when we cheked in, both very nice. The middle queen room had an amazing view of the vineyards. And the end room had a covered balcony that would be wonderful in the warmer months. In the hallway, just outside our door, a basket of chocolate treats tempted us each day, and we gave in, each day :) Kay asks what time you'd like breakfast, which was nice. We ate in the large kitchen by nice big windows overlooking the vineyard. Her french toast was out of this world yummy, so were the corn meal pancakes. Mac was always around to keep us company, what a sweetie! We really enjoyed talking to Kay each morning, swapping stories about our pets or discussing our plans for the day. She is delightful and we found time went by quickly talking to her. The location of this bed and breakfast is perfect for visiting wineries! So close to everything. We plan on going back when it's warmer, sit on the balcony and enjoy some wine!

First rate, beautiful setting, quiet and relaxing. When you walk through the doors you feel like you are home, only better. The rooms are very comfortable and the newly remodeled bathrooms are very nice. Each room has it own unique charm. The location is perfert to visit all the local wineries. I plan to return whenever I am in the area. One of the best B&B's I have visited.

The host makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door. Pleasant and quiet atmosphere that is remote yet only minutes away from the city.
Set aside the host's private vineyard and ranch that includes a handful of beautiful horses.
The host does own a dog that was extremely affectionate that only added to the 'down-home' feeling.
Breakfast was delicious, that just added to the great company and fine conversation.
A must stay if you're in the area.

Room Tip: The Jacuzzi sweet was gorgeous, with high peaked ceilings littered with enormous skylights.

We stayed at the Warner-Concord Farms Bed & Breakfast in June of 2012. We could not have been happier with our stay. The property used to be a barn, but has been remodeled into a B&B. All of charm of the old barn is still there, and you can even see the exposed wood of the old barn throughout the property. We stayed in the Queen room, and it was clean and nicely furnished, very classy. It had a great view of the vineyards, television, a fridge, a very comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. The room had great charm, and there was barn wood in the room as well. For those of you with gadgets, there is free wifi, which we really appreciated. The property has air conditioning and a general temperature is maintained throughout the site. There are also individual air conditions, fans and heaters in each room so that you can keep your room at whatever temperature you please. There are also extra pillows and blankets available.

The rest of the property is beautifully furnished and charming. I've attached pictures to the site. The Owner Kay and her dog Mac are both very personable and perfect hosts. Kay was able to give us restaurant and winery suggestions and it was fun talking about the area and the B&B. The food was great as well. There were fresh berries and juice each morning. One day we had blueberry muffins, fresh biscuits with butter and jam and eggs with bacon. Another day we had cornmeal pancakes that were delicious.

The location is great too. It's very close to all the wineries in the area and especially close to one that had bands at night which was nice for entertainment.

Overall our stay could not have been better, and the price was very, very reasonable. Do not be scared that there are not a lot of reviews. You will not be disappointed.
