This was our second stay at Annabelle Beach. We love this hotel. All the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms, pool areas and hotel are immaculate and the grounds are beautiful. There is a good selection of food in the main restaurant at every meal, something for everybody. I stayed with my teenage daughters who can't wait to go back again. The beach is shingle but there are two lovely pools, the top pool is quiet with a swim up pool bar and the bottom pool is where all the various activities take place during the day. There are also great kids clubs for families with young children.

I have been to this resort twice in the past three years, I'm also due to go back this august. I have been amazed by the friendliness of staff at this hotel. your are given such a warm welcome, i wish I could never go home. the food is great and the restaurant staff are welcoming. the evening entertainment was always great and the atmosphere was amazing. there is so much to do and you can always ask for help as staff are happy to help. they all speak English and even try to teach you Greek! there is so much available to do in the hotel but the town is only a 30 minute walk away if you fancy a walk, just down the road there are some sweet little shops that you can buy postcards and souvenirs for family and friends. however these things are available in the hotel shop. I couldn't have had a better time and I hope that everyone enjoys it as much as I did.

Excellent spot for a holiday, clean, friendly staff, good variety of activities, excellent variety of good food in the buffet resteraunt, the local beer in the all inclusive is good as are the kir royale cocktails lol only let down for me was the shingle beach as I prefer sand, but that's a personal preference of mine, great spot !!

Just returned from 2 weeks stay at this hotel.Love the hotel, grounds and food. The room was lovely and although at first the beds seemed a little firm,we had really good nights sleep. Our room was on the first floor,we had around 50 steps to climb to reach the top pool which we prefered. At the time we stayed there were about 70% Italians,15% Germans, then Russians and the British was in the minority. The dining room was so noisey ,but the food and drinks compensated. The animation team never spoke any English on the evening entertainment, which was very poor.It took us 45 minutes to walk into Hersonniss and 7 Euro for a taxi back. There is a piano bar,but no one played. We would have liked to play cards, but the lighting was so low it was diffficult. All the people we spoke to would have liked a better quality of entertainment. Some guests took to going to the hotel next door,The Royal Knossis which had bettter entertainment and in English. The Pools were lovely.but you had to get up at 7.00am to get a sunbed.Overall enjoyed our holiday, but could be bored in the evenings unless you like early nights like us.

Room Tip: We had room 222 which was on the 1st floor, the balcony overlooked the back road, but was quite. The su...

We wanted a week away to relax and spend time with the family and that is exactly what we got! We emailed before arrival and requested rooms next to each other as one of the rooms had two small children in and we wanted to use the baby monitor. They put us next to each other on the ground floor so we were even able to run between balconies to each other's room. My eldest nephew even had a little alcove with his bed in so it was like his own little room where he could put all his toys.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The steps did prove a slight problem but the discovery of the slope from the children's playground to the main reception meant we could push the pushchair up to the restaurant and it helped work off all the food! The food was great although we would have liked a bit more of the local cuisine. The variety of pools was great but be warned the indoor pool is cold!!
Didn't struggle to get a sun lounger by the pool although a beach one with an umbrella was tricky.
Went for a lovely walk around the coast (out of the hotel main entrance and turn left) and found a lovely place to swim in the sea by some rocks, great for snorkelling.
Our only down point was the issue of hot drinks in our room, we missed not having a kettle and although we could get take away from the bar, you weren't allowed to take the cups so it meant coffee in plastic glasses which didn't really work. If you like hot drinks in your room we suggest taking some plastic mugs and maybe a travel kettle!
Overall a great holiday whichever e would highly recommend

Room Tip: If you don't intend going to the evening entertainment, request a room near the top of the hill...

The Hotel and gardens are beautiful and clean. The staff are warm and friendly nothing is too much trouble.

The food is excellent - fresh heathly and tasty.

The beach and pools are very well looked after.

The entertainment team are lovely very friendly and great fun.

The place is quiet if you like afternoon naps no rowdy groups or drunks.

I have been to the Annabelle 5 times now and cannot fault it.

Room Tip: all the rooms are lovely it is only 2 storeys high

We had a lovely room, it was a ground floor room, with a lovely terrace in the gardens. We were pleased to find that we did not hear noise from the room above or the neighbouring rooms!
The pools and gardens were beautiful, our only complaint was that people reserved sun beds with towels and then potentially spent very little time on the sun beds, which was irritating, as we would have liked to use them! Most of the time we got sun beds!
The location was lovely, right on the beach, however it's quite a walk to the nearest town, if people are staying half board I think you'd need a car to go to other places for meals and drink or use taxis a lot, or like a good walk! We were all inclusive, the food was good, but sometimes not labelled, so it was a bit of a guess what you were getting, but that added to the fun! The drinks were good, not branded, but still not so bad!
All in all we had a fabulously relaxing time and thoroughly enjoyed it! Also the entertainment staff were really friendly and entertaining!
