“Wonderful Trip to Tinos”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

The church was beautiful. Service was very moving. Remarkable how so many crawl up the street and steps to reach the church.

“Beautiful church and grounds”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

A place of pilgrimage and beauty. Many people who have asked for miracles or want to thank God for his help, crawl on their hands and knees on the one kilometre journey from the Port to the Church.
The church has many beautiful icons and offerings of silver, ships, homes, babies and men. Some people bring candles to burn that are 5 feet high. Beautiful views over the island from the grounds of the church.
Strict dress codes are enforced, so sleeves and dress or long pants for woman and men. It is a place of faith and respect.

“The view”
Reviewed 16 June 2014

The sanctuary is a place to visit even if you are not religious. The view from the porch of the church is a must see.
