Recently spent the night at this wonderful hotel, made very special by the attentiveness of staff and very good facilities, enormous room and very luxurious bed - would definitely recommend for a lovely break from the norm.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. Food was great, staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel room in the old part of the hotel was very spacious and clean with loads of character, well worth the upgrade! One thing I would recommend is if you are hoping to have a massage or any treatments in the spa make sure you book well in advance as there were no spaces available for us all weekend.

Reception staff are not at all friendly. Grumpy then given the wrong directions to my room which was through a rabbit warren. No wifi in the room. I mentioned at reception and they were no help. Finally with persistance agreed to get the duty Manager involved, They never showed up so I ended up finding a chair in the corridor where there was wifi in order to do my work. Bathroom dirty in the shower and the shower door wouldnt close so the bathroom flooded. (will attach pics). Many channels not working on the telly.
These are basics, so Mr O, I wont call you to discuss so you can do nothing. You should read others reviews and actually do something about it so people like me dont write this. Very poor hotel and after 5 or 6 visits its getting worse. I wont stay again, even though the breakfast and the staff in the restaurant are great.

Room Tip: Dont pay the extra for an executive room, basic rooms are good enough.

I can only apologise your stay wasn't as it should have been. Wi-fi is provided in all our rooms and we have signal boosters too, to increase the strength so I am disappointed to read we could not rectify this for you.
Cleanliness is very important to us, and I can assure you we take all feedback very seriously to ensure we get it right for everyone.

Really enjoyed our stay at Redworth Hall hotel. Lovely setting and grounds. Our room was large with a fabulously comfy bed and a jacuzzi bath.
Restaurant was great too breakfast and dinner. Couldn't find fault with this hotel.

We stayed here at Bank Holiday weekend, the old part of the hotel is full of character and on our second day we enjoyed breakfast in the room at the front with the sun shining through the leaded windows. The grounds of the hotel are delightful and other guests were enjoying afternoon tea by the lawn.
The room was fine, although the décor was a bit dated. However, the bathroom left a lot to be desired with cracked tiles and a toilet which was slow to flush.
The evening meal was good value and my husband enjoyed the Haggis, but it was crowded and slightly disorganised. Breakfast had an excellent choice and the buffet was replenished regularly.
On the Saturday there was a wedding at the hotel and this made the hotel corridors very noisy until the early hours of the morning, the second night all was quiet.
All staff we met were pleasant and helpful

We spent a lovely few days at Redworth Hall to celebrate our 41st anniversary. It was an excellent choice, staff were friendly, the room, a deluxe in the main building, was excellent and our anniversary was made special by the restaurant staff.
