Another Puma Hotel with extremely poor plumbing, other than that Bedworth is a lovely location, spoilt a little however because it's completely surrounded by very tall trees, I think you would struggle to find any room with a view, Bar prices very high!!

Thank you for feedback, I am pleased to read you enjoyed our location. Our rooms at the front of the hotel are the ones with the best views, as they over look the gardens at the front. I am very sorry you found the plumbing not as you expected it. Please do let me know what the problems were so we can rectify this.

Had a fantastic night here, had room 219 which was a lovely suite with a seperate lounge/dining room, huge bed and a lovely whirlpool bath. The staff were all friendly and welcoming especially the reservation manager Claire Lumley-Turnbull what a lovely lady.

Hotel decor is tired and in need of freshening up. Room 12 is above the kitchen generators which stay on 24x7 and are very noisy, which kept us awake most of the night. Food was average. Staff very friendly but this alone did not justify a 4 star hotel experience.

We stayed here for 1 night as a special treat after we'd both run the Sunderland Half Marathon. Got a good deal by booking through Trivago. This is a very impressive looking hotel from the exterior, I love the old country house estate type places.

Our room was traditionally decorated but fine, all clean and everything working. We ate & drank in the bar on the evening, the food was okay but nothing special. Breakfast was included, we didn't expect this so it tasted fantastic! :)

Used the leisure club on the morning for a dip in the pool and use of the sauna & spa pool, this was good at first until the aqua zumba thing started taking up half of the pool!

Overall a very nice place to stay as a special treat.

Outside was very impressive. Inside in need of some refurbishment. Our room 325 was clean with basic amenities. Tended to get overly hot at night even though outside temps were average, so will be even worse if we get a hot summer. All staff were friendly & efficient. Restaurant menu was varied & reasonably priced. Food well cooked & well presented. Wine list a little overpriced if anything.
