We went for the Waders Aviary to photograph the birds especially the Turtle Doves and Bearded Tits. We then explored the rest of the venue. The gardens are incredibly well kept and unusual plants. Lots if information about the plants for keen gardeners.
The children's play area was so exciting and unusual.

I don't like seeing animals in captivity but knowing they were breeding and adding to conservation I watched the Cranes and Red Squirrels who seemed happy and well cared for.

The shop was full of tempting gifts and treats for all prices and tastes.

All in all a very enjoyable venue. I was surprised at the entry cost but feel it all worthwhile and returned three times during my holiday in Norfolk

The visit is for couples, children, families, friends, solo,

Visited for the first time today with friends. What a wonderful experience. An extremely well cared for landscape and wetland exhibiting an abundance of rare wildfowl at very close quarters. The whole establishment is very carefully managed and for non 'twitchers' was an absolute education. Ranger staff are excellent including a lovely chat with Jules. The 4oclock feed and very informative chat should not be missed together with the hour long adventure trailer ride around the reserve.
Cafe/restaurant and all other facilities excellent. Paths and walkways through this lovely setting are good together with descriptive and information details.
Good luck with all your conservation projects, we will be back very soon.

Stunning nature park - it is so obvious that the money you pay to get in is spent wisely! Really good access for a pram as well! Definitely recommend buying a couple packets of bird feed at the entrance, the birds come up to you and you can feed them as you go round.

Had a wonderful day out here today.Plenty to do and see for both my nine year old and my mother.Inspirational conservation attracting wonderful wildlife and beautiful gardens. Play areas were top notch with plenty to enable my son to let off steam he also enjoyed the jeep safari which was fantastic. A great day out !!

This is an absolutely wonderful visitor attraction.

Unfortunately the weather was not great when we visited so we didn't get to enjoy much of the grounds but the immaculately kept natural park has lots of interesting wildlife to look at (lots of different types of ducks in the duck pond, flamingoes and more). There are also lots of points of interest such as garden sculptures.

Then there are the play areas. Oh, the play areas. The indoor one is just fantastic, like a series of little tree houses connected by rope bridges, tunnels, ladders and more. There is a trip, mega fast slide that is so much fun. The toddler area has lots to stimulate their interest and is fun for ages 1-5 (and older if I'm honest...). The stand out feature in this area is the plastic ball room - press the green button on the wall and you can feed the balls up the plastic pipes at the side of the room. Once the suction has finished, they all fall from the roof. Genius, and the kids all loved it (and the adults!!!).

The outdoor play area is just as spectacular - perhaps even more so - and has an absolutely gigantic spiral slide - we didn't get to sample it owing to the weather, which was such a shame!

We didn't eat here but the menu looked interesting and I imagine the food would be very good.

The gift shop is huge and has a wonderful choice of keepsakes and treats.

It is a little pricey (£11 kids, £12 adults) but you could literally spend a whole day here in good weather and no-one would get bored.

Can't wait to return!
