“Lovely place to stay.”
Reviewed 8 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

The barn was well equipped, clean and comfortable and in a lovely quiet location not far from the beach. Would definitely stay here again and the owners were friendly and helpful.

“Stylish conversion, great location.”
Reviewed 9 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

This property is a converted horse barn, now a beautiful holiday home with lounge/kitchen, outdoor sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. Although the building is listed it has been carefully renovated and decorated. It has everything you need for a relaxing break.
It has nice views and a quiet location. It is close to the beaches and sea.
The owners are very helpful and live next door.

“, Peaceful and relaxing.”
Reviewed 11 June 2017 for a stay in June 2017

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at The Horse Barn, a beautifully renovated former horse stable and coach house which was spotlessly clean, comfortable and private, well equipped decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The Horse Barn is in an ideal location to explore the Norfolk coast and Broadland areas very easily and is situated in a very peaceful location overlooking a pretty lawn area. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and the barn was easy to access with good parking. We enjoyed several meals at the outdoor seating area, watching and listening to the birds. We would love to stay here again.

“Relaxing holiday accommodation close to the beach”
Reviewed 10 June 2017 for a stay in June 2017

First class accommodation with lovely comfy bed. Spotlessly clean throughout. Owners very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend this property. The surrounding area has much to offer. The Smallsticks cafe at Cart Gap is well worth a visit as is the Poppylands at Waxham.

“Luxury letting in a peaceful location”
Reviewed 29 May 2017 for a stay in May 2017

We have just had a lovely long weekend staying in Horse Barns. It is immaculately clean and modern but with all the character of a barn. Luxurious and tastefully presented. John and Bridgette met us when we arrived, (we did get a little lost but that was our satnav lol and after phoning John he met us at the pub we had passed and we followed him back lol).
It is so quiet and peaceful and was perfect sitting outside with a cold beverage listening to the birds.
We recommend a meal at the lighthouse inn in the next village.
The beach is close by and we visited the Happisburgh Lighthouse, which with the guided tour was very interesting. Happisburgh beach is clean.
We also visited Potter Heigham and Sea Palling which is a Blue flag beach.
Thanks again to John and Bridgette, we plan to recommend to our friends and family and come back again!
