“Lovely trip”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 May 2014

This trip was easy to book, great value and Derek was very friendly and even though the microphone wasn't working we all got lots of information during the trip and we went around the seals a few times and got some lovely pictures and memories.

“Great Experience!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 April 2014

My 7 year old son says 5 stars is not enough! We had an amazing experience, the seals are fantastic and the people from Temples friendly and professional. A special mention for Derek who made us feel totally at home on the boat and no question was too much for him. Would recommend this to anybody.

“Brilliant”

Worth every second. Boat went back and forth repeatedly just in front of the seals which were so close and they didn't mind a bit

What else can you say about a seal trip? Booking was easy, directions to find the place were good - and the trip was great

“Seals aplenty”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 February 2014

The captain was very friendly and informative. We were in luck as the seals had pups so plenty of cute furry critters were on the beaches. The sail itself was nice with scenic landscape while coming in and out of the mini harbour.

The only issues come from the people – the lady at the booking desk was curt. The staff in the Anchor Pub (although friendly enough) took far too long in preparing the food. We had said we need to leave by a certain time but they still dragged their heels, had the boat not been delayed I’m sure we would have missed it or had to skip the meal.

The experience is seeing the seals themselves, swimming by the boat, playing on the sand or feeding pups. My advice is this: Bring a telescopic lens for incredible pictures. Wear very warm and waterproof clothing in the colder months. The sea can be a bit choppy when you come out by the point. If you want food – order after the trip. It would be nice to warm up after being outside and then you can have all the time in the world to eat it!
