“Great accommodation and great location!”

This was our 4th stay. Great accommodation in a great location, comfortable and cosy. Could quite happily move in.
After going out for the day was good to get back, park up(no prob parking) and just have a short stroll to one of the many places to eat.,( although kitchen was fully equipped) and then a walk along the front. . Had an enjoyable meal with family at Two Lifeboats.Would also recommend Zahras takeaway opposite train station, which has an extensive menu, great curry dishes and pizza.
Look forward to our next short stay in December.

Brilliant! The location was very quiet but only 10 minutes from the beach, even with our 6 year old!! The booking process was quick and other queries answered in good time. The holiday flat had everything we needed and was very clean and well kept and presented. Couldn't have asked for more, highly recommended!!

It was our second stay, so proves we are more than happy with the accommodation and the location. The apartment is clean and has everything we need. Most importantly the booking and the communication is so easy and a pleasure to deal with.

“Fabulous stay during the 1940s weekend”

We are 1940s reenactors and have been coming to Sheringham the last 4 years. This was our first stay in a holiday let . We arrived on Thursday , which was a very busy day leading up to the 40s weekend , parking was full but after a couple of hours we managed to park right outside The Upperdeck , so it wasnt a problem . Wow !!! A real home from home , a large living room with comfortable sofa & chairs , beautifully decorated , a superb kitchen with everything you could need , a large bright bathroom , and a large bedroom, with a nice big wardrobe and lots of storage . There is also another small room with bunk beds if needed , this became our 40s store room lol !
Location is just perfect , a few minutes walk from the centre of town , which meant we could pop back drop off stuff and get changed and off again . The owners have been a pleasure to deal with and have been just great . we loved it so much that we have already booked for next year !! I cannot recommend the upper deck more .
My only comments would be the lighting in the bedroom is very dark , for putting on make up , the bed was quite hard , but i know you cannot please everyone , some like them hard , some soft !! so i would take a mattress topper next time , and maybe an outside light by the front door , or a security light , as it is very dark at night to see to get the key in the door , especially when you are as blind as a bat like me !!! but then we had spent the night in the two lifeboats lol .
Sheringham is the most lovely place , you have a huge choice of pubs , restaurants , shops , transport , i just love it here , and The Upper Deck made our 5 days just wonderful , we so didnt want to leave . So if you want a home from home , you have it here , top marks , i wouldnt want to stay anywhere else . Thankyou so much :) XX

“Lovely place and great VFM”

£70 a night for this place??? What incredible value for money. A lovely tasteful apartment on the top floor of a house. Really spacious front room, bathroom, kitchen/dining room and main bedroom. It was clean. Perfect location just a couple of minutes from town. My only quibble was how hard the mattress was in the main bedroom but for just 2 nights I can cope with that. There isn't WIFI which is a shame as phone signals are terrible in the area. I don't have a problem with it but i guess others might. If there was WIFI then i guess you wouldn't be paying £70 a night.

I'd thoroughly recommend the Upper Deck and will probably go there again.

We have taken on board your feedback, along with that of others who have stayed and can inform future guests that wifi is being installed from July 15th which we hope will be a welcome addition. We replaced the mattress last year after feedback from guests it was too soft. It is always awkward to get the perfect mattress as different people have different needs. This is the first mention of the mattress situation for some time so we feel that the current situation meets the needs of our guests. Thank you for taking the time to write this review.

Spent two nights at this place and it was perfect for our needs.
The kids loved the bunk beds and having a dvd player in the bedroom.
The main bedroom was good also and the living spaces had everything we needed.
Really close to the town but felt quiet when away from the main drag. Parking wasn't a problem either.
5 mins walk to all the shops, restaurants, beach and North Norfolk Railway.
Provision of wifi would have been good but all told a nice little place and good value compared to many others.

“Cosy 1st floor apartment, very close to town centre and beach”
Reviewed 6 June 2016 for a stay in June 2016

The upper deck is a cosy 1st floor apartment in a row of town houses with a vintage/homely feel. The accommodation was very clean and exactly as described. The front entrance and fusty smell on the staircase let down the otherwise clean apartment. The upper deck is very close to all amenities and within walking distance to the beach.
