“Interesting.”
Reviewed 15 May 2014

This is a great place to visit, telling the story of Sheringham lifeboats over the years. Several boats to look at and really friendly staff to explain things. Don't miss the upstairs glass viewing area

“Wonderful little museum.”
Reviewed 12 May 2014

I stumbled upon this little museum while staying nearby. Was really pleased when I had walked around. It was near closing time so I didn't get to look around the boats much, but it was the social history I was more interested in on the upper floor. Go up the tower and have a look around - it is well worth it. Very cheap entrance makes it a must if you are in the area.

“Great little museum in fab location”
Reviewed 22 April 2014

This is well worth a visit for people of all ages! It is a deceptively large space and has several large old lifeboats, displays of wartime shops, a fascinating exhibition about the wind farm on the top and currently an exhibition of ganseys ( fishermens jumpers). The view from the top is stunning and has a great little shop and well informed and helpful people on the desk.

“Interesting museum”
Reviewed 10 April 2014

We visited here during the morning, and found to be very informative. Unfortunately we visited as they were assembling the next exhibition, and so could not get too close to some of the exhibits. The staff were knowledgeable, and the visit was worth making. Good views from the tower.
